Job Title: Manager, Video Content A little bit about our team:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of a premier country music record label, the Creative team at Warner Music Nashville concepts, produces, distributes, and manages all visual assets for a dynamic roster of artists. This includes photography, video production, graphic\/multimedia design, and social media content. In short &#8211; if you can look at it, this team has a hand in making it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why this could be your next big break:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through both creative collaboration and independent thought, this position is responsible for creating innovative, engaging, and meaningful video content for the label and its artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here you\u2019ll get to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You will provide videography, editing, and motion graphic services to create innovative, engaging, and meaningful video content for the label and its artists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will collaborate with internal and external teams to identify, concept, and execute video content needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work directly with artists, managers, and external support teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will organize, deliver, and archive final video assets and project files to specifications as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will provide production and design support as able to other members of the creative team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You have next level video production skills, including videography, editing, and motion graphics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis in video production applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You possess a heroic work ethic and positive attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have strong organization skills and high attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are personable and professional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the ability to adhere to deadlines and handle multiple, diverse assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a basic understanding of current and developing social media and video platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to effectively communicate internally and\/or externally in a manner consistent with the company\u2019s Code of Conduct and core values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to come to work on time without restriction as to time commitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to read and understand materials and documents and have the ability to recognize and extract critical data and information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to perform all diverse physical tasks necessary to complete all the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to work at and utilize all necessary functions of a computer in order to complete all the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It would be music to our ears if you also had:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR a satisfactory equivalent of education, training and experience in related fields and\/or educational disciplines, sufficient to qualify for the requirements of position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least two years experience in video production.
