Founded by Joel &amp; Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, the company has grown to support thousands of artists including Brandi Carlile, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Patti Smith, Perfume Genius, Gus Dapperton, Bishop Briggs, Matisyahu, Orville Peck, Bat for Lashes, LP, Dirty Heads, and many more.<br><br>Veeps, a Live Nation joint venture, seeks a <strong>Social Media Manager <\/strong>who will report to the <strong>CMO <\/strong>and serve as a key member of the Veeps Marketing team, managing Veeps social media accounts and general team support. The role will support continued development and growth for a diverse slate of streamed live events. Responsibilities will include executing digital promotional campaigns, designing, and implementing creative social media marketing plans, facilitating requests between partners, managers, and artists &amp; maintaining artist web and social platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping both digital strategy and the execution of plans, including social media publishing, daily.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Community Management: Manage overall strategy and execution of Veeps and clients\u2019 social marketing including, but not limited to, editorial calendar creation, content creation with the Creative team, community listening &amp; management, optimization of networks, community growth, brand awareness, and creative marketing ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influencer Marketing: Establish relationships and collaborations with brand and personality influencers to increase show and Veeps brand awareness and generate meaningful social growth. Maintain an internal database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content Development &amp; Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies for Veeps, management, and publishing clients. Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos; liaise with artists and managers to develop artist-generated content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner Management: Support and manage relationships with key digital accounts; liaise with label distribution partners to execute digital marketing plans and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting and Analysis: Liaison with the Data team to compile and distribute regular reports to internal teams; utilize data to evaluate campaign efficacy; evaluate internal and competitive digital campaign performances to determine each promotion\u2019s success and areas of opportunity\/growth; create reports for artists and external partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other Veeps Priority Marketing: Work with Veeps\u2019s marketing team to execute content release campaigns, brand promotions and support all other company initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team Support: Includes general administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining team calendars, managing client databases, preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting notes, preparing presentations and meeting materials, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral\/written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-4 years experience managing the use of and\/or relationships with social platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to research, conduct successful outreach &amp; manage an on-going social influencer database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive knowledge of and passion for music market and the digital space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns &amp; clients simultaneously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The highest attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track record building and maintaining strong business relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience running reports and exporting data from Google Analytics, email service providers, CRM and other audio\/video\/social platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with social management and listening platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with content management systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge using basic audio, photo and video editing programs<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits\/Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible part time work hours (15 &#8211; 20 hours\/week)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An employee-led culture that values communication &amp; collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An established company with a fun, fast-paced work environment where each person can make a difference!<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY<br><br><\/strong>We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
