Artists Solutions and Director of Artist Services, you will deliver complex work that really matters to our business as the role covers the whole life cycle of projects through lead identification, negotiation and commercially assessing every project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working alongside the A&amp;R and Sales team, the Commercial Manager must demonstrate the ability to maintain schedules, organise cross-functional resources and provide commercial and process leadership across a broad range of deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work on complete lifecycle and development of deal execution process including on-time delivery of high-quality proposals aligned business profitability \/ risk profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide high quality commercial information to key stakeholders to support, monitor and advise the wider A&amp;R and Sales team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the A&amp;R and Sales team to manage the P&amp;L, budget and KPIs for all new &amp;
