Our recent film and content production clients include Peggy Gou, Napapijri, Obey Giant, Easylife, Joy Anonymous, Ibiza Classics and Zalando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant with at least 2 years experience in digital marketing, project management and\/or content creation to join our digital creative team. The candidate will need a strong passion for music, a deep understanding of social media channels, project management experience and digital content creation skills. You will be responsible for proposing, creating and executing content campaigns and managing client social media strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Copywriting for artist and brand profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposing, creating, and posting content across our client, artist and brand channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video, artwork and photo content preparation and editing \/ optimising for social channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day-to-day social channel management, including detailed awareness of artist and brand campaigns and mini campaigns, monitoring fan interactions &amp; looking for re-share opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of best practices for posting photo and video content on TikTok,\u00a0YouTube,\u00a0Facebook, Twitter,\u00a0Instagram\u00a0&amp; Threads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking of social media activity including recording stats and utilising insight tools to develop better content strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review, analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend events and activations, gather, create and deliver content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESSENTIAL SKILLS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools, including creating and editing video, photography, artwork, GIFs and audio mixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator &amp; InDesign, Canva or similar software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,\u00a0Apple\u00a0Final Cut, Media Composer &amp; Canva or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management skills \u2013 Experience managing multiple campaigns across different clients, tracking content posts, email campaigns, adverts &amp; social trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative thinking, ideas and a good eye for engaging content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good writing, grammar and copywriting. Ability to write and edit for editorial, for example social comments,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTube descriptions and press releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail (If you\u2019ve read this please include the name of your favourite track released in 2023 by a female or non-binary artist in your application).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DESIRABLE SKILLS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Film and video production, planning and running shoots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo\/self-shooting with high-level artists, brands and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audio production, editing and mixing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for electronic music and all music, do you know your Right Said Fred from your Fred Again?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Jam\u00f3n is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and comfortable work environment.
