We\u2019re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager based in the UK (key clients in London) to help us continue to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DETAILS<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Full Time position within Beautiful Digital, UK team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:<\/strong>
3 years solid experience in the music\/digital space is a must. Record label or previous agency experience is a + \u2013 you must have experience working across all social media channels, growing a following and reporting within the music industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Manage high-profile client & artist accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage client social media channels, including\u00a0Facebook,\u00a0Instagram, Twitter, TikTok,\u00a0YouTube, Giphy and other relevant platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create detailed and robust digital strategies and plans for accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Run client calls and meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns for clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms where relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work with the internal Beautiful Digital creative team to produce dynamic graphic and video content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience, and encourages audience participation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist directors with pitches for new business and business development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive a team to develop large and award winning global social media campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyse reports, audience information and demographics to show key findings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage social media communications where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use and create content calendars and timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Three years experience minimum in digital or social within the music industry a must for this role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Marketing Degree Preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Detailed knowledge of the digital music landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Account and project management experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A team player and leader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Detail orientated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Have a deep understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with social media scheduling & monitoring tools, e.g. Crowdtangle, Hootsuite etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Social media strategy development and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Extensive experience\u202fshaping and\u202fmanaging successful social media marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and strong personal network of contacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok\u202fplus social media tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience of developing successful\u202fpartnerships to generate revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent organisational skills and a\u202ftrack record of delivering on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
