This position is designed to provide motivated and interested people with an enhanced knowledge of the music entertainment industry. Our A&Rs\/Talent Agents will help find, shape\/mold, and create superstars! Our goal is to provide these individuals with a meaningful, educational, beneficial, and fun experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Current artists include AfroBeat\/R&B\/Pop\/Rock\/Rap\/Hip-Hop\/Latin artists and soon other genres of music artists as the label is open to all genres of music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for staff to work on a virtual\/telework basis to support the label’s work in management, marketing, development, and especially social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of this job, you will be involved in scouting talent, artist development building artist brands and their fan bases, as well as booking, marketing to increase music sales\/streams\/downloads and overall business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may also have a role in helping in radio promotion with commercial US stations – including e.g., preparing communications with program and music directors of major US FM radio stations, participating in PR efforts, assist with booking for talents, working with the other A&Rs and management in developing the artists, promote shows\/concerts, assist\/build street teams, and more. Get involved hands on in working in the music industry and help to create some superstars! There could be opportunities to work face-to-face with the staff and talents in your region as we work with talents from various regions and have staff in various locations as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This can be done full-time (as there may be some commission only opportunities that you could take advantage of and if you’re serious and dedicated you can determine what you get out of the opportunity by how much you put into it.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proficiency in sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter are a must. Detail orientation and self-organization will be needed to be fully successful.
