We are looking for a forward-thinking music person, who lives and breathes community management, steeped in internet culture and excited by bringing artists and fans closer together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR ROLE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The Content &amp; Creator Manager will lead on creating short-form content for online entertainment platforms and collaborating with creators to reach new audiences. This is a creative role, collaborating with artists to tell their stories through platforms like TikTok,\u00a0Instagram\u00a0Reels and\u00a0YouTube\u00a0Shorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here you\u2019ll get to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with artists and managers to develop content strategies in their campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the online creator community to produce regular artist content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support artists in content creation, providing guidance, content ideas, and analytics insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the connective tissue between an artist and creatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply short form platform knowledge to how we create content and use platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop an in-house creator network for collaborating with artists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a champion of short form content education and inspiration within the label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reach new audiences with scroll-stopping content and partner with the community team on turning those audiences into fans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn about artist fans and what engages them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively seek out opportunities amongst the upcoming creative landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and nurture relationships with key content &amp; creator partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with third-party agencies and creators directly to support track and artist moments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate the impact and performance of content and creator campaigns you drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT YOU<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You have a passion for telling a story through content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immersed in content entertainment platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of creator culture and short form content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You know content creators and how to work with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re able to act as connective tissue between the artist and content creators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural working closely with artists during filming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable using tools and functionality on content platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driven by creating quality content and having impact that helps drive an artist forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced working with creators and third-party profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of working in a very fast paced environment and thinking creatively with content and how artists work with creators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice appropriate for different artists, platforms and audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate and report the impact of content and creator campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curious with the future of the internet and how it applies to music fans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of the music industry and how to work closely with artists and their teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT US<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>As the home to Asylum,\u00a0Atlantic, East West,\u00a0Elektra, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world\u2019s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
