If so, Gator would like to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Product Manager analyzes and understands the market and end user to define product vision, features and requirements that exceed customer satisfaction and business objectives. This role requires strong planning and executional skills to rally cross functional teams and bring products to life and market through the product lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and analyses to identify end user and customer needs and desires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build product roadmap and strategy and sets clear revenue and profitability goals that he\/she will own<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and their product offerings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver business cases with prioritized features and justification for new product ideas and product refreshes, including ROI analyses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design product marketing strategy and develop personas, core positioning and messaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with sales leaders to develop product sales strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch new products by developing time-integrated plans with new product development, supplier operations, planning, sales, and marketing teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor products for QC concerns and communication regarding any issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with supply chain and planning to ensure timely product arrival and replenishment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and present monthly and long-term revenue forecasts, performance reports and analyses to key stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and enterprise alignment on actions and goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for internal and external customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set product pricing by analyzing market data, costs, volume to meet revenue and profitability goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own end-to-end product management process from idea to launch, influencing and holding cross functional partners accountable to on-time and on-budget project completions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve collective goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend the various conferences and tradeshows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other tasks or activities required to accomplish the assigned job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a positive and actively engaged leader in the Gator family<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a desire to learn, excel, and get involved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years MI experience required with knowledge in all major categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro Audio, keyboards, recording, and or DJ experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding and application of Product Lifecyle process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical experience with project and product management tools, e.g., Wrike, price management software, product database management, Sage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and application of formal decision-making processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert with Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization and time management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":5483,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Tampa (US)","_application":"katie.loesch@gatorcases.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[52],"job-types":[16],"job_listing_salary":[93],"job_listing_working_environment":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.10 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Product Manager at Gator (US) - Soundplate Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5482\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Product Manager at Gator (US) - Soundplate Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Are you looking for an opportunity to create great products for a global manufacturing leader in the music industry?
