We are looking for an experienced Copyright Manager to join our team based in our London office, with a hybrid office and work from home model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>You will provide the highest level of publishing administration services for our artists, looking after copyright and other publishing tasks as part of the Copyright &amp; Royalties team. You will closely work with collection societies, digital service providers, sub-publishers, artists and their management and report to the Income Tracking Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUALIFICATIONS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Efficiently obtain copyright and other relevant information from our roster to prepare for timely registration with<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collective Management Organisations (CMO\u2019s) and Sub-Publishers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling work and agreement registrations, ACK files, work rejections, work disputes, amendments and infringements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly reviewing and auditing catalogue information with multiple sources i.e CMOs and Sub-Publishers to ensure correct and up to date registrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling Sample clearance requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitting live setlists and cue sheets to collection societies where applicable and updating artists and managers on best practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closely working with the sync team on registering cue sheets or specifically composed works with relevant music reporting and monitoring services i.e Soundmouse &amp;\u00a0BMAT\u00a0and CMO\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closely working with the Income Tracking and Royalties Manager on all income tracking exercises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolving any queries from Artists\/Management, Royalties, DSPs, CMO\u2019s &amp; Sub-Publishers worldwide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building strong relationships with CMO\u2019s, Sub-Publishers and peers, attending relevant meetings and conferences to stay on the forefront of copyright developments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Necessary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of two year\u2019s experience in music publishing and copyright administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Excel and Data Manipulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and the wider copyright community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passionate about independent music, the Warp Publishing roster, and the music publishing business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enthusiastic about providing a great service to our artists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with rights and royalty management software i.e Curve, Music Maestro or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly\u2026\u2026thanks for applying and don\u2019t be discouraged if you don\u2019t hear from us right away, as we take the time to review all our applications thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recognise the importance of diversity and inclusivity within our teams and are fully committed to embracing all types of talent.
