We actively promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, this is reflected in our internal operations and the treatment of our staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Internal Operations:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare payroll reports for the Finance Team on a monthly basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process new starters, leavers, and any changes on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wellbeing\n<ul>\n<li>Support on the management of wellbeing policies across the company including fitted earplugs, mental health awareness and Classpass benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovate and keep RA\u2019s benefits modern and in line with staff demand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Socials, Events, and Culture\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the RA social committee, globally, ensuring we are unified in our offering of activities for all of our offices and remote staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange social events for the team in London with our staff-led team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel\n<ul>\n<li>Support in booking company travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in approving invoices and managing travel budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recruitment:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee recruitment and the employee life-cycle\n<ul>\n<li>Manage job listings on various recruitment platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen candidates, assess for specialist \/ technical skills, manage and schedule interviews, reject candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial application through to offer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new ways to recruit and attract talent\n<ul>\n<li>Working with the product &amp; development team to build hiring pipelines for technical roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build relationships with recruitment partners and communities in electronic music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seek out a diverse pool of applicants for each role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the onboarding and induction of all new starters\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with hiring managers on the schedules for new starters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage setting up new starters in line with the RA onboarding process, payroll and maintaining their internal HR documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage technical equipment for all staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of recruitment for technical or other specialist roles, or the ability to pick it up quickly, is beneficial &#8211; ideally previous work experience in recruitment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An ability to think proactively, prioritise work, and juggle multiple tasks at once with a high level of attention to detail without letting things slip through the cracks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In possession of excellent communication skills (via phone, video call, email and in-person) and soft skills that allow for difficult feedback to be delivered compassionately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive confidential information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using cloud storage and Google Drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Due to the requirements of this role, the expectation is for them to be in our London office a minimum of 4 days a week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can offer flexible working hours, and remote working on occasion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generous and flexible annual leave policies, with a focus on supporting a work\/life balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive staff wellbeing policies, with regular activities and workplace initiatives to support mental and physical health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual personal and career development plans and training opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A transparent internal company culture with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion &#8211;\u00a0https:\/\/ra.co\/about\/diversity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting community projects across the industry:\u00a0https:\/\/ra.co\/about\/community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our values:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic music is art.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We celebrate the progressive values that underpin electronic music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We advocate for a more inclusive and equitable electronic music community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We honour the past, present and future of electronic music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We use innovation to empower the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We choose honesty over gain and purpose over profit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019re always front left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is a full-time contract and the expected salary is \u00a326-30k DOE.
