To help it encounter audiences and success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To constantly challenge ourselves to improve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KEY DELIVERABLES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Help to grow the profile of [PIAS] UK artists within given targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting the in-house promotions team to maximise the effectiveness of the department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximising the effectiveness of the department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide full administrative support to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Promote [PIAS] repertoire to a variety of UK media with the goal of securing maximum exposure and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish, grow and foster your own professional relationships and contacts amongst label partners and media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend artist promo \u2013 live sessions, interviews, photoshoots, guest mixes etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend regular pitching meetings with media and regular company project meetings. \uf0b7 Compile all campaign reports for the Senior Promotions Manager to review on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain an up-to-date master contact database for the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate the company\u2019s promo release schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with writing, formatting and checking press releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with digital and physical mail outs to media and tracking any feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generally support the in-house promotions team where needed, across a variety of projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attending artist concerts, media events and other industry occasions.
