In order to provide top-notch service to our artists and labels, you will work to conceptualize compelling campaigns and then execute measurable initiatives to increase interaction, consumption, views and subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a global music company, we are working across genres and langues, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to understand and connect with varying fan bases. We\u2019re looking for a talented, charismatic individual who is eager to play a significant role in the next phase of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create Marketing Plans applying analytics and data into measurable, actionable initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement marketing strategies across\u00a0Instagram, Tik Tok,\u00a0YouTube,\u00a0Facebook, Snapchat and other online destinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with internal departments and 3rd party developers to bring activations to life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and report on trends and changes in the digital landscape<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construct artist social platform analysis and optimizations through analytical deep dives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook \/ Instagram, Tik Tok,\u00a0Google\u00a0Ads, etc.), create<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KPI reports and evaluate client ROI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist artists\/labels with urgent social media and asset needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform the team\u2019s understanding of the fast-paced, dynamic world in which fans interact with digital music<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHO YOU ARE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years experience in digital marketing or related marketing field.
