{"id":5279,"date":"2023-05-01T09:48:25","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T09:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5279"},"modified":"2023-05-13T00:10:24","modified_gmt":"2023-05-13T00:10:24","slug":"senior-day-to-day-manager-at-tap-music-uk","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5279","title":{"rendered":"Senior Day-To-Day Manager at Tap Music (UK)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multi-platinum artists, supporting the lead artist managers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with planning and implementation of global release campaigns, including: promo and social media plans, press, marketing, international touring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as key management representative for artists on location, promotional activities, photo shoots, events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in all areas of creative; managing all creative and production aspects of photo and video shoots; working with artists and realising initial concepts, creating briefs, budgetary responsibility, sourcing &amp; booking suitable photographers, illustrators, designers, directors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing social media sites, implementing all digital marketing strategies alongside artists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International diary management across multiple time zones including: writing sessions, promotional schedules, travel bookings, visas, accommodation and itinerary creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing day to day activities and logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordination of promotion and accompanying artist to all promotional activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking and management of all grooming and styling teams, booking stylists, attending fittings and managing artist\u2019s day to day and event wardrobes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring\u00a0PRS,\u00a0PPL, publishing and neighbouring rights information is accurately registered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with Tour Managers to deliver live budgets for approval and placing insurance for tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with creative team and merchandisers to arrange merchandising solutions for live activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session booking and management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating and overseeing budgets and general accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KEY REQUIREMENTS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You will have at least five years\u2019 experience in a similar role or in international marketing or relevant experience in an alternative area of the music industry working with major global artists and a comprehensive understanding of artist campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a resilient and highly organised individual who is able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a positive and energetic problem-solving attitude.
