We are looking for a Digital Content Manager who LOVES creating digital content to join the team at CADA! Within this position you\u2019ll be responsible for creating and delivering outstanding platform-relevant social content for CADA, which maximises reach and engagement across our social platforms and website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
About the role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Create and publish social & digital content for CADA and our shows, with the right content for the right platform to drive maximum reach and engagement. Produce editorial content for CADA with a written and video focus across social platforms (eg. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Work quickly to produce sharable, engaging, clever and mobile first video content. Curate content that is on-brand for CADA\u2019s social media channels and websites. Ensure digital video supports editorial content \u2013 working collaboratively to create a holistic digital strategy. Identify opportunities and pitch ideas. The role can require working to a brief or taking responsibility for creative and editorial decisions. Editorialise audio content that drives podcast listens. Assist in producing commercial content, when needed. This is a fast-paced role, where you\u2019ll be creating content daily amplify show content, and engage with the audience. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of key competitor activity in the online space and social platforms. Ensure codes and standards and other legal requirements are adhered to when publishing online\/social content. Be an ambassador for ARN digital both internally and externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
About you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience producing engaging videos for online and social media. Experience working on a live show. Understanding of Hip Hop, R&B music, culture, fashion preferred. Proven experience working with creative talent or artists. Proven results in growing an audience. Tertiary qualifications in media. A strong understanding of lifestyles and interests of a national youth audience (18-29). Lives and breathes pop culture & music, stays up to date with social trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
