We are planning our third London edition, as well as curating similar events in other European cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boudica is also a record label, this year we have a full schedule of releases planned and we are curating exciting initiatives around this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE ROLE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a person that will help us grow the brand on social media and connect us with organisations for potential partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for someone that can help us maximise our reach online\/on social media and grow our attendees as we expand to bigger venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be successful you will have a minimum of one year of experience working in a similar position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to be an excellent communicator, be reliable, use initiative, share Boudica\u2019s values and be great at coming up with great ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is ideal for someone that lives or can travel to London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a part-time role, we are looking for a person looking to invest maximum commitment into an exciting project with flexible hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates with Photoshop skills will be advantaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT YOU\u2019LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible of our social media schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively seeking suitable brands and organisations for new potential collaborations\/partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenting events, artists and all content relative to the initiatives on social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engaging online with our audience ahead of each event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating strategies to maximise our event attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giving feedback and helping assist with the development of everyday business processes and operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and delivering marketing initiatives throughout the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOU\u2019LL NEED TO HAVE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Great knowledge of brands and music organisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Great knowledge of Electronic Music, DJs and the overall industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 verbal and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent social media skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to come up with captivating ideas for social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to engage the crowd that attends our events in a new and creative way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours<\/strong>: 8-10hours to start with<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salary compensation:<\/strong>&nbsp;To be discussed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Please send your CV and cover letters specifying the below details:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why do you want to work for Boudica?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are you looking for in terms of salary?
