Network and Desktop Support at Sony Music (AU)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In this role, you will manage all daily IT operations and service desks to users and you will assist in all IT projects implementation and IT tasks execution across Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work independently to provide end users support on Windows and Macintosh workstations as well as application enquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend and actively participate in Global Infrastructure meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remediating vulnerabilities on specified systems in timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage IT contingency plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement corporate IT security standards and policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate with local and corporate teammates for IT project implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any IT error or abnormal condition to supervisor immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be proactive in investigating any IT issues \/ error, proposing solutions, and carrying out actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all company policies and requirements including but not limited to any relevant IT procedures and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and any ad hoc tasks to maintain and deliver quality IT support to business operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate with corporate teammates for global application deployment for ANZ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in support of Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Oracle database management, Power Apps, Power Automate etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to date on the latest IT technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience on AIX machine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience in multinational company is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 working experience in enterprise IT environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensible, good analytical and interpersonal skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work under pressure and independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to prepare technical documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player, good communicator, and work well with users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have initiative and willing to extend help to others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
