Our mission is to transform viral moments into long term music careers for emerging, high potential independent artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a highly motivated, creative individual with a passion for music and a proven track record in A&amp;R, then we would love to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and promising talent in the industry, and to help shape the future of music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artist Development and Production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with artists to develop and refine their sound and style, providing feedback on their music and assisting with the production process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use data to identify market and new genre opportunities for our artists and creative alternate versions of their release to break them into new territories and genres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend live performances for all active artists signed to FRTYFVE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the A&amp;R team to coordinate artist scheduling, studio time, and release schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up writing camps and sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular updates to senior management on artist development and upcoming releases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use data to identify market and new genre opportunities for our artists and creative alternate versions of their release to break them into new territories and genres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source collaboration and feature opportunities for artists signed to FRTYFVE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Networking and Industry Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including producers, songwriters, managers, and publishers in each of our key markets such as USA, UK, Germany, France etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong relationships with publishers and writers to source pitch records for active artists signed to FRTYFVE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers and lawyers for artists signed to FRTYFVE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negotiation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate agreements with writers and producers and work with legal to paperwork all deals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At times, you may need to clear samples, features, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maintain Industry Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the A&amp;R space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously learn and adapt to ensure the success of un-cvrd and the artists they work with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing and Promotion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and campaigns that support our active artist releases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop all communication documents needed to pitch FRTYFVE to talent, including but not limited to: email copy, project overview and pitch decks, case studies, and any visual assets required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budget Management and Trend Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage A&amp;R budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep up to date with current and future trends in music, music business, digital trends &amp; pop culture which you think could be beneficial for the label and our artists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in artist development, A&amp;R, and\/or music production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of the music industry and current trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in marketing and promotion of music releases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong networking and relationship-building abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budget management experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of legal requirements for music industry agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for music and dedication to supporting artists&#8217;
