The team includes the specialist genres of arts, science, education, religion and ethics. Entertainment &amp; Specialist develops, produces, acquires and distributes Australian stories across ABC TV, ABC Kids, ABC ME the national networks of ABC Radio, ABC online and audio and video apps, to inform, educate and entertain all Australians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This content reflects Australia\u2019s culture and community, generating national conversations and empowering the public to contribute to our national identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABC Entertainment &amp; Specialist is seeking an Audio Engineer to deliver recording and mixing skills to a range of programs and projects across the Audio\/Radio Operations group for broadcast and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Reporting to the Supervisor Audio Radio Operations NSW, you will:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide operational support to programs for live to air transmissions, pre-recorded programs, outside recordings and broadcasting live music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and address operational and transmission problems, providing creative solutions and recommending improvements to workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and mix complex audio for studio, field and music, studio and field productions using a range of audio production tools, software and sound design skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with producers and content teams in planning and coordinating productions providing a creative contribution through sound design and work effectively to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for an Audio Engineer with advanced knowledge of audio and radio production processes and technologies with demonstrated ability in using relevant online technologies, systems and equipment.
