{"id":4979,"date":"2023-03-08T07:06:55","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T07:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=4979"},"modified":"2023-04-08T00:18:25","modified_gmt":"2023-04-08T00:18:25","slug":"streaming-manager-at-concord-us","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4979","title":{"rendered":"Streaming Manager at Concord (US)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CONCORD IS THE INDEPENDENT, WORLDWIDE LEADER IN THE DEVELOPMENT, ACQUISITION, AND MANAGEMENT OF RECORDED MUSIC, MUSIC PUBLISHING, AND THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE RIGHTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Miami, London, and Berlin, Concord has a diverse and vibrant roster of active recording artists, composers, and songwriters, and a vast and historic catalog of works by some of the most treasured names in music history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Position Purpose:<\/em> To support strategic streaming marketing conversations and act as a liaison between the artists\/mangers, labels, label services, &amp; the DSPs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support, develop, &amp; execute on marketing strategies in conjunction with Streaming Director and labels, Concord Records, Concord Jazz, Easy Eye Sound, Fantasy Records, &amp; Rounder Records, with the purpose of increasing digital streaming revenue &amp; raw streaming numbers across the various DSPs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for maintaining weekly streaming communication internally and externally as well in preparation of the following: release schedule, partner deliveries, playlist adds, DSP recaps, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and foster relationships with assigned DSP account partners in culmination with Streaming Director<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create &amp; maintain streaming service pitches for all key accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create &amp; maintain centralized project updates &amp; timelines for both internal and external consumption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze data &amp; research (artist history, benchmarks, previous campaigns, current efforts, etc.) in culmination with Streaming Director to formulate plans leading into release campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with streaming leads to maximize opportunities across business partners, including, but not limited to playlist placement, ad inventory procurement, out of home advertisement, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize artist and label content for digital asset management distribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artist profile optimization across all streaming platforms for Concord Music\u2019s artist rosters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create weekly standardized analytics reports for streaming &amp; marketing campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate and contribute in label, artist and management meetings by relaying best practices and keeping diligent notes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research new &amp; developing technologies to help market artists on &amp; off platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with design teams to secure necessary campaign assets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn &amp; share best practices across all appropriate teams (label, marketing, artist, management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle department administrative tasks including asset management, document creation, and meeting notation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years of music industry experience, preferably at a record label, distributor or DSP\/digital platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of and working history in a wide variety of music genres a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with all major DSP platforms (preferably Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand and report data &amp; marketing analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multi-task and thrive on a small team in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of organization &amp; time management required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be detail oriented and highly motivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working as a liaison between multiple teams &amp;
