We are proud to lead both in the area of distribution and in the area of artist services and to offer our diverse roster of labels and artists creative, transparent and independent sales and marketing solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our German Artist &amp; Label Services Team you will be responsible for effectively and creatively managing assigned Artist &amp; Label Services marketing campaigns in GSA. You will work directly with our local and international teams, artists and managements, as well as external promoters and partners. You will be a key team member to drive local success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You will manage all product management processes (advertising, promotion, production, sales) in line with commercial goals and approved budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will develop cross-channel content marketing and release strategies for local and international Artist &amp; Label Services artists in GSA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have an eye on social media trends and, together with our digital marketing team, are responsible for translating these trends into existing and new artist marketing campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will administer local budgets for assigned Artist &amp; Label Services campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furthermore, you will build and maintain strong relationships with artist managements, key internal departments, and suppliers, and coordinate conversations with external local agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You keep track of all distribution and streaming platforms, evaluate all developments using analytics tools and draw conclusions for strategy development and campaign implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will also use our content management systems and analytics data to successfully analyze and improve artist campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHO YOU ARE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally 1-2 years minimum experience at record label or artist services company. Existing Product Management skills are a plus but not mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and oral German &amp; English skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Passion &amp; Enthusiasm for Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talent in promoting Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finished Study in Marketing, Media, Music or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years of business experience within the German music industry (Product Management, Marketing, Promotion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good presentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideally you enjoy going to events and building your professional network in the music industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT WE GIVE YOU<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer you a challenging position in a creative and dynamic environment.
