{"id":4883,"date":"2023-02-20T07:05:12","date_gmt":"2023-02-20T07:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=4883"},"modified":"2023-04-01T00:12:58","modified_gmt":"2023-04-01T00:12:58","slug":"assistant-artist-manager-at-modest-management-uk","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4883","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Artist Manager at Modest Management (UK)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are seeking a music obsessed, passionate, meticulously organised and confident Assistant Artist Manager to work alongside a senior music manager on her roster of acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for tangible career progression and to learn about artist management; you will work closely alongside one of the companies\u2019 senior artist managers, with established UK artists, new talent and their respective teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These include their record companies, Digital Teams, Live\/Production and International teams, operating across all aspects of the artists\u2019 career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DUTIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Working and interacting daily with the Artist Manager and Artists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diary management including scheduling and coordination of promotional and personal activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working across release campaigns and arena tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in all areas of creative \u2013 content, merchandise, marketing campaigns and tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking transport and liaising with artist\u2019s core teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting on guest list\/ meet and greets on tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working side by side with management\u2019s in-house touring and digital teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coming up with ideas around artists commitments to maximise impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIRED SKILLS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Someone who is comfortable with a high level of fast paced administrative work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good time keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to learn \u2013 someone who wants to be a manager &amp; bring ideas to the table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking initiative and being hard working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong communicator both verbal and written<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for music, TV and popular culture is crucial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good understanding of social media and digital marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer literacy \u2013 outlook\/ word, excel, dropbox etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br>Experience in artist management\/ working directly with artists and managers is preferable but not essential<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Full time. Office days are currently Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am \u2013 5pm, SW London.
