In this role, you will be required to oversee the technical processes relating to onboarding new rightsholders, ingesting content as well as metadata management and all related reporting requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with rightsholder partners to facilitate and manage content deliveries and updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the Lickd catalogue ingestion process \u2013 including content deliveries, metadata ingestion, reporting and data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to improve efficiency of catalogue management and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee administration of media assets on\u00a0YouTube\u2019s Content ID and other platform rights management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead technical conversations with Rightsholders where it relates to YouTube Content ID and other similar platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee YouTube claims management process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Implement and develop workflows and processes to segment the catalogue for new platforms and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable working in a small team in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A resilient and resourceful self-starter happy to work autonomously and remotely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to continuously adopt and learn new skills and technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambitious with a strong desire to succeed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the music industry digital supply chain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing, understanding and segmenting large data sets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidence using software and systems including:\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite \u2013 particularly Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FTP servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AWS \/ S3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarly or knowledge of XML file formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience \/ Understanding of YouTube\u2019s Content ID ecosystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritise and manage several milestones and projects efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DESIRED EXPERIENCE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing a small team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with DDEX standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed YouTube certification badge(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using SQL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4825,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"London","_application":"harryrutherford@lickd.co","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"\u00a350,000","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[16],"job_listing_salary":[29],"job_listing_working_environment":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.10 -
