We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About this role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for album launches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, email\/text, web development, data-capture, and advertising to aid in building awareness and growing a fan base around an artist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to \u201cthink outside the box\u201d and be able to implement new and effective ways to market and promote assigned releases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate all internal departmental efforts (digital marketing, sales, publicity, radio promotion, etc.) leading up to, and throughout, album release.
