The successful candidate will be a music marketer who has experience running commercially and artistically successful campaigns. The role will work with the marketing team and outside agencies to execute campaigns globally, with a focus on the UK market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate will be digital forward, extremely organized, have the ability to work directly with artists and their management teams and be able to inspire trust and confidence as they shape and execute ideas for new projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JOB&nbsp;<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Will include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Establish the marketing strategy for the record campaign, including visual creative through-lines, with the artist and management team. Collaborate on narrative and audience development with internal team specialists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify sales and marketing goals and targets, including account exclusives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage budgets and forecasting spends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write marketing plans that cover retail, digital, outdoor, live, promo and all other campaign-related marketing including sync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with live agents, promoters and artist managers to develop an effective live plot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hire and manage promo teams and relevant third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate promo requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop artwork, physical product and merch items with artist and in-house creative manager, developing and assembling creative and promotional assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with international marketing manager to maximize results across EU, Asia and Australia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with distribution team to forecast product quantities and maximize sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize data analytics to guide strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Key point person for the entire campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up internal team resources per campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide reporting, campaign specific updates, feedback, and ideas to key group and label stakeholders related to assigned campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and lead regular project meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build out timeline including strategic rollout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and communicate delivery deadlines including production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver completed label copy and approved masters to relevant team members for distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep all partners, artists, team members on track to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the label in the UK and relevant territories.<br>Networking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve skills and knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate, support and nurture (where required) other team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being collaborative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep an ear to the ground for new business opportunities including new artists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly communicate whereabouts to the entire team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE PERSON<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate will have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Previous proven product management experience at a label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A thorough understanding of the ever-evolving music marketing landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be extremely organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control across all elements of the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive business friendly style in written and verbal communication with a keen sense of urgency to complete tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commercial understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with limited supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a collaborative team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW TO APPLY<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your CV and cover letter to hello@biypeople.co.uk no later than Friday 6th January 2023, with \u201cProduct Manager \u2013 Partisan\u201d in the subject line.
