The successful candidate will have previous experience in a creative environment and an interest in music production \/ audio technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Attend weekly marketing and content allocation \/ planning meetings with the wider marketing and creative teams, ensuring everyone is kept up to date with the weeks work and plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate production plans and schedules to the wider marketing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Video, to generate relevant documents for the internal production process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with external agencies, freelancers, and contractors to assist them on their production work for us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the Head of Video to plan timelines and manage production and post-production from ideation &amp; pre-production to delivery and then localisation for the global teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in managing sign off and approvals of content with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep on top of and update our various project management platforms as the projects develop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and work with the Head of Video on Pre-Production plans \/ proposals and treatments, communicating creative ideas and presenting information clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible of our in-house camera \/ production equipment making sure everything is ready to go.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist on and off set within a production environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit video content, and have a great knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in After Effects to create graphic assets and animations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Producing video for various platforms for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc, and have interest in new developments and innovation in video content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand recording, mixing and mastering audio for video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate purchase orders and communicate with our finance team to pay our external contractors \/ freelancers on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Head of Video with larger and more demanding projects as a Production Coordinator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage our Dropbox Team accounts and our in-house NAS storage, keeping all files backed up and safe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The person we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Previously worked as a Production Coordinator or an Assistant within a creative environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity using and working with filming equipment and the post-production procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience in-house or an agency with knowledge of the production workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A flexible and creative attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reasonable understanding of audio capture and sound quality control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An ability to handle pressure when working in a team or on your own.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand live streaming equipment and rigging a small live streaming system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion and understanding for the recording and music technology world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4226,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"High Wycombe \/ Hybrid (UK)","_application":"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/focusrite\/j\/8E18D382EC\/","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[85],"job-types":[16],"job_listing_salary":[93],"job_listing_working_environment":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.10 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Video Production Coordinator at Focusrite (UK) - Soundplate Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.soundplate.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4524\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Video Production Coordinator at Focusrite (UK) - Soundplate Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"We&#8217;re looking for a Video Production Coordinator to work across a range of projects for multiple brands within the music industry.
