(Not completely underground \/ emerging, and not yet fully established with record label deals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work as part of the A&amp;R team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist senior A&amp;Rs with research, booking meetings, maintaining diaries, managing email inboxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scout talent: research up-and-coming \/ breakthrough artists to drop on Public Pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead creative discussions and pitches both with the Public Pressure Team and Artists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and deal directly with artists \/ management all the way to the agreement signing process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data analysis: source key numbers \/ perform detailed artist assessment in terms of fanbase, social media numbers \/ engagement, streaming etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet expectations in terms of artist deals and drops targets<br>Maintain artists relationships and prepare artists for follow-up drops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the marketing team and NFT Director to maximise the visibility of drops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep excellent electronic records and follow company procedures for storage of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of information at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIRED<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Existing connections and relationships with a pool of artists \/ music scene(s) preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-genre approach preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>European based preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good spoken and written English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organisational and file management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience as an A&amp;R assistant or as a music promoter (even freelance \/ low level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4484,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"United Kingdom (UK)","_application":"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1I8_ZgjDfqdEof3rkF_kk6MePmxrb0pByYLmfph0tibU\/viewform?edit_requested=true","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[74],"job-types":[16],"job_listing_salary":[93],"job_listing_working_environment":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.10 -
