Key attributes include Song plugging, pitching, creative work on building sessions, creating hit records and writing camps with producers, writers and artists, collaborating with label partners & publishers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Applicants should have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience with an established label, publisher or management company, knowledge and enthusiasm for music of all genres and commercial ambition. There is also scope in due course to sign new Writers & Producers, and sign artists for Masters or Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
