The Editorial team sits within the overall UK & IE Music org and works very closely with other teams in the same department; Music Strategy & Operation, Artist and Label Partnerships and Artist Marketing. Other key internal partners and teams include Consumer Marketing, Studios and Music teams in international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the Editorial Lead, you’ll be the music and culture expert for the UK & Ireland within Spotify, driving the growth of consumption, locally and across the world, creating unique music experiences for listeners. Using your insights into music, culture, and consumer behaviour analytical skills, you will lead a team of editors to develop and implement the long term UK and IE music curation strategy, and build long term value for Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
