The Apple Music Global Editorial team and its Senior Director is looking for an organized, ambitious and motivated individual with a minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative support role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You’ll provide full executive administrative support to the Senior Director of Editorial and general support to the Global Editorial team. You’ll manage cross-functional calendars with heavy calendaring; organize meetings via live, videoconference and conference calls; quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures; help plan and execute offsite meetings for team; have consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc; handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information; complete expense reports; assist in ordering equipment; work with finance on reconciling editorial costs; on-board new employees; proactively manage team support, ranging from printer management, supplies, facilities and more. We’re looking for someone to apply strategic thinking, who’s able to understand the business and see the \u201cbig picture\u201d and excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically.
