With Netflix now a local producer of content across the world, and a third of our members living in EMEA and the UK, our marketing efforts in these regions are intensifying. The Netflix Marketing Music team is looking for a clearance and music rights manager to support Netflix\u2019s Marketing and PR teams based in the EMEA and UK regions.

Our Marketing and PR campaigns are a key part of Netflix\u2019s ongoing success, and music is core to those campaigns. Working closely with the company\u2019s stakeholders in the Marketing and PR organizations and Music Group, the successful candidate will be comfortable advising on a wide range of music clearance matters, keeping in mind the strategic goals of the company and understanding the broader legal implications of taking one action over another. In addition they love everything music. They spend their free time going to venues, searching the Internet for the next great artist, and studying musicology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They know everyone in the industry – the record labels, publishers, artists, managers, agents, studios, networks, agencies, marketing teams, producers, post producers, editors, and directors. They think having several different licenses (synch, master, mechanical, etc.) for the same work makes complete sense and doesn\u2019t think twice about a 7-way split ownership for \u201ca side\u201d of a song.
