Social Media Lead at Native Instruments (DE)

Our Content & Creative team brings NI’s brand to life by orchestrating the production and publishing of content and campaigns across our channels. Our goal is to engage, inspire and educate our global community of music producers, and generate business value by optimising the performance of our channels and creative assets.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the creation and programming of social media content for Native Instruments’ 4 million+ social followers on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • You will collaborate with teams including release marketing, community, and regional marketing to plan and execute campaigns
  • Using your strong organizational skills, you’ll plan and maintain a calendar across key platforms
  • Bringing your strategic thinking skills, you will define our holistic social strategy including channels, creative approach and tone of voice
  • You will strategize how best to leverage channels and content formats to achieve the greatest impact
  • You will establish processes and workflows for efficient content creation and posting
  • You will initiate and produce original channel-specific content — collaborating with our in-house teams and freelancers
  • You will monitor social performance and optimise to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales
  • You will generate social media reports, with actionable insights based on KPIs and competitive analysis
  • A skilled collaborator, you will provide teams with best practises, guidance and actionable insights

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in Social Media or Editorial from within in the music, media and/or technology industry
  • You have working knowledge of social media publishing suites (Sprout) and reporting tools
  • You have meticulous organizational skills: Google Drive is your second home
  • You offer a flair for conversational copywriting with an understanding of the right tone for each channel
  • You are analytical with proven experience in reporting and analysis of statistics and trends
  • You have a solid understanding of music production tools: motion design, graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
  • You have a passion for music and understand the current landscape, the music market and the associated social media environment
  • English language fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
