Day-to-day Marketing and Campaign support working across multiple projects, responsible for administration tasks, team coordination, marketing updates and asset management.
Asset management; inc mastering audio, coordination of artwork, photo and video assets.
Collation of release assets and metadata, initiate and set up releases with commercial teams.
Assist project leads with compiling artist sales sheets, DSP pitches and marketing documents.
Assist with preparation of global marketing and promotions data and creation of comprehensive and impactful marketing reports for key internal stakeholders and external client teams.
Ensuring Smart URLs (Linkfires etc) are in place and up to date for Kartel releases.
Attending team marketing meetings, circulating agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist project leads on artist and marketing research.
Work closely with the digital marketing and social media team to manage a robust and regular schedule of content for Kartel’s socials and blog.
Responsible for ensuring that priority artist profiles on DSP’s and Social media are updated for new releases.
Degree or equivalent business experience/education.
2+ years experience working at a label or agency on commercially significant artist/label campaigns.
Digital experience DSP analytics, web CMS, eCRM, advertising on Facebook, YouTube & TikTok.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
Be a team player with strong organizational, communication and administrative skills.
