Job Description
Chicago Music Exchange is looking for an Entry Level Guitar Setup/Quality Control Technician for our local warehouse.
General Responsibilities Include
- Picking guitar orders from warehouse shelves
- Basic setup/restring/quality control for outbound guitars
- Generating shipping labels for outbound guitars
- Written communication with sales staff and customer service
Requirements
What You Bring
- Basic knowledge of guitar setup and maintenance
- Ability to be coached and take instruction
- Availability on weekends
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems – nice to have

- Full time, 40hrs/week, at our warehouse near N Ashland Ave and W Grand Ave – within walking distance of CTA Green and Pink Lines
- $16/hr
- Weekends required
- No nights
