Creative Assistant at Pulse Music Group (US)

Job Description

Pulse Music Group is looking to hire a Creative Assistant to join our Sync team. This position may start remote but we are looking for candidates who will eventually be able to join us in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support to our VP, Creative Sync Licensing
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (FB, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Help track sync activity in all medias
  • Compile and maintain the department’s asset library (DISCO) including audio files, writer/publisher information, lyrics, artwork, release schedules, etc.
  • Manage and organize team’s Google Drive
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, managing calendars, booking travel, processing expense reports, etc.
  • Create and design digital blasts and marketing materials to be distributed to clients
  • Coordinate invites and attend artist shows, showcases and other special events

Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, HTML, GSuite, Zoom
  • Self starter and understanding of time management
  • Have previous industry or internship experience with sync licensing
  • Be highly organized and very detail oriented
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize well
